Shipping policy

All orders placed Monday-Thursday are shipped out in 1 to 3 business days. All orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will ship the following business day. TR does insure all packages and any package value over $600.00 will have to be signed for at delivery.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing order. TR is not responsible for packages being returned or lost due to wrong address. Customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping to resend if returned for incorrect address.

TR is not responsible for packages or items purchased after they are in USPS possession. TR  is not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages. After the package is marked as delivered, please contact USPS for further assistance.

TR is not responsible for items damaged during shipping so you will need to contact USPS immediately in regards to a claim. If you happen to receive a damaged package, please notify TR with pictures also within 24 hours of receiving it and we will be happy to assist with filing an insurance claim. Otherwise, any damage during shipping may not be covered once package is opened and item is worn. Please keep in mind this process can take up to 30 days With USPS so patience is a must.

Please note, USPS can experience delivery delays due to the holidays, increased mail volume and some localized interruptions to delivery services. Additionally, due to this USPS is reporting that some shipments may not be scanned which result in inaccurate tracking information. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as USPS works to deliver your shipment.
